The Sacred Spirit was founded in 2020, but my journey with spirit began long before that. For over 15 years, I have worked with divination through oracle readings, candle magick, energy work, and spiritual guidance. Although these gifts have always been a part of my life, I spent many years hiding them.
As I committed to my own healing journey, everything began to change. My gifts deepened, my visions became clearer, and I learned to trust the wisdom of my ancestors, my spirit guides, and the messages I was receiving. What I once feared became my life’s purpose.
The name The Sacred Spirit came to me through a dream. A Native elder appeared as one of my spirit guides and told me, “This is what you must call your shop.” I created the Instagram page that same day, and weeks later the logo revealed itself a sacred gateway representing transformation, intention, protection, and the alchemy that occurs when we align with our highest path.
Today, my work weaves together intuitive guidance, limpias, herbal wisdom, sacred smoke and water blessings, candle magick, Reiki energy healing, and ancestral healing practices inspired by Mesoamerican traditions. Every session and every offering is approached with reverence, prayer, and the intention of helping others reconnect with their own inner power.
I am both a teacher and a lifelong student. I have had the privilege of learning from respected elders and mentors, and I continue to deepen my understanding of traditional healing, spirituality, and the medicine carried by our ancestors. These teachings remind me that true wisdom is never owned—it is honored, practiced, and shared with humility.
My mission is not to create dependence, but empowerment. Whether you come to me for a limpia, an oracle reading, energy healing, or spiritual mentorship, my hope is that you leave feeling more connected to yourself, your ancestors, and your own intuition.

Mar comes from a line of women healers from Mexico and Los Angeles . Mar was born with abilities to see beyond the physical and being in connection with spirits and energies. Working with candle magick and tapping into her oracle energy for 15 years through readings and guidance . As a holy fire 3 master teacher , Mar works directly with Source, Angels and the Ancestors through multi-dimensionality. Mar works with various healing modalities through her work.
